This pattern contains the sashiko stitching pattern in the photo with the sashiko star. The second photo is just a sample of what happens if you just do your own thing while stitching :-)
Look in sashiko supplies for sashiko materials. You will need transfer material (either fusible featherweight interfacing or sewing transfer paper), sashiko thread and sashiko needles. And fabric of course.
The angel pattern has two sizes, about 7" or 5" tall.
