Hand-cut Fabrics for Visible Mending & Sashiko Boro
This collection is a good place to shop if what you need is a mix of small fabrics pieces suitable for visible mending, boro inspired stitching, and small appliqué or piecework projects. Also suitable for slow stitching and creative projects. These quality Japanese yarn-dyed fabrics are reminiscent of heritage cotton fabrics (think old quilts, cotton work shirts). They are lovely to hand stitch (but suitable for machine sewing if you prefer :-)
