"Geometrics" is a set of four dissolvable Stick & Stitch Transfer Patterns from Alderspring Design for mending your jeans and shirts.
Printed on a dissolvable fabric with a sticky back, these are easy to apply to your fabric and can be used to hold small fabrics patches in place over rips, snags and tears. Simply cut the fabrics you intend to cover the holes with a little smaller than the stick and stitch patch so its edges extend a little over the original fabric you are repairing (see photos here).
When you are finished stitching the patch will dissolve away under warm running water leaving only your stitching behind.
This is a good quality stick and stitch product. It won't gum up on your needle and it will wash away easily. However you are adding a layer of sticky fabric to your stitching so it will be harder to pull your needle through. I suggest using a simple backstitch on thick fabrics, a running stitch on softer fabrics.
