This kit has everything you need to make four stitched pink and white cherry blossom coasters. The 4" square linen-cotton fabric coasters are pre-sewn so that when the stitching is done they are completely finished and ready to use!
The coasters have a stiff-ish inner layer of fabric which will buffer against your needle going through to the back. This means the back of your stitching won't show on the back of the coaster plus it gives the coasters a nice feel.
The 4 pattern pieces are printed on a dissolvable sticky backed fabric. To use them you peel off the backing paper and simply stick one to each of the coasters and stitch. When your stitching is finished the pattern will dissolve away quickly in warm water.
Also in the kit is a sashiko needle, 30 meters of pink Daruma sashiko thread, and instructions.
