This might be the best thimble you ever own, the idea is a good one. The package contains a piece of soft leather, and a small plastic disk with a smaller piece of leather to cover it, and instructions.
The instructions will show you how to position the plastic disk for where you need it and then shape the leather over it and around your finger for a perfect fit.
