Floral Frame is a ready to stitch cotton sashiko placemat. Simply thread your sashiko needle with sashiko thread and enjoy your stitching. When you are finished, soak and rinse away the marked pattern.
You will need 20 meters of sashiko thread to complete this design. You could stitch it in traditional white sashiko thread on the blue fabric, or choose several sashiko thread colours to suit your decor on the blue or the white fabric.
Choose dark navy blue or white when ordering.
Finished size is 31cmX45cm (12.5" x 18")
Do not prewash! The pattern will disappear if you do! Also do not iron before stitching, the heat might set the print. But after all your stitching is finished you can machine wash and dry this placemat along with your kitchen towels or other laundry. Remove it from the dryer while a little damp and smooth it our with your hands, or iron it for a perfectly flat fresh look :-)
