The 24 pieces in this pack are cotton fabrics imported from Japan. Their special appeal is how perfect they look on denim for visible mending patches! They are easy to hand stitch medium weight woven cotton which makes them very suitable for sashiko boro , visible mending or other art stitching projects.
Each pack is one of a kind, made up of 24 fabrics chosen for their weight, texture, colours and interest value. I wanted them to work well for a bolder style of visible mending where the mending or patching is meant to make a statement. I also wanted the pack to contain fabrics with enough body to work well on denims.
- There are 2 pieces of each fabric (total 24 pieces) The pieces are cut from the same bolt but will usually not be identical in print or colour so there is lots of variety in each pack.

The pieces are scissor cut by hand 4" squares.
- They are easy to hand stitch fabrics.
- You can machine wash and dry on low heat settings and itt is not necessary to pre-shrink them.
