Package contains 5 sheets of 8 1/2 X 11 inch dissolvable sticky backed transfer material for easy transfer of designs to your fabric. You can print or copy on it using your home printer. You can also use it to draw on by hand.
Once you have your design on it simply peel the backing paper away and stick your design to your fabric. Do your stitching, and when finished hold it under a running warm water tap. The material will dissolve within seconds, and only your stitching will remain.
Notes about this specific product: The cover looks like the Sulky brand but does not say that it is on it. I have used a few of these Stick and Stitch style products and I recommend this one
- It is not gummy on my needle and it is soft, flexible and reasonable easy to stitch through. (For very short stitches or on heavier fabrics I use a backstitch, but on a light fabric I can take multiple running stitches)
- It sticks well, stays in place, and does not tear while being stitched.
- It is firm enough to cause no trouble going through my printer.
- It dissolves away easily and quickly under warm running water.
