This Kogin kit contains kogin needles, kogin thread, outer and lining fabrics, and zipper to make this zippered pouch. Finished pouch is 4" x 5" x 1 1/4"
Japanese Kogin stitching is made by stitching a pattern into coarse weave fabric. It is similar to English cross stitching.
New: This kit now contains English instructions but I would still be inclined to say it is not a kit for beginners for either the kogin or making the pouch. But if you have done those things before, you will find it straightforward enough to enjoy :-)
