It has a crisp hand similar to Tussah silk, and will turn any piece of sewing into something special. As with so many of the handwoven fabrics, this fabric will no longer be available when this bolt is gone.
The perfect complimentary fabric for sashiko and boro work, also use it for bags, clothing, piecework, soft furnishings.

This bolt is indigo blue, gray blue, and that amazing red that only seem to happen with indigo.
Approximately 15" (36cm) wide (the width of a traditional hand loom)
