Hand dyed Valdani Perle Cotton threads are loved by so many of us for the depth of colour and softer texture of the thread. These long staple Egyptian cotton threads have a beautiful soft sheen, are colourfast, and because they are hand dyed they have the saturated colour quality that is only achieved by a skilled hand dyers.
73 yard ball (approx. 67 meters), size 8 thickness, hand dyed cotton thread.
This one is solid colour light medium gray.
Valdani threads may have a bit of variation between dye lots because they are hand dyed.
Size 8 is the medium weight perle cotton (Size 5 is thicker and size 12 is thin).
This is suitable for hand stitching, mending, hand quilting, applique, embroidery, crochet, wool applique, punchneedle, fringe and tassel making.
This thread can be using in machine quilting and stitching for bobbin work.
