The design is printed with wash out ink so you can thread your Sashiko needle with Sashiko thread and start stitching immediately. The print will wash out completely.

The panel is printed on high quality cotton with wash out ink. It is important not to let it get wet before the stitching is finished. Also, do not iron it as heat may set the ink. When finished, soak and wash gently to remove all the markings, dry and press from the back.
